Job summary

Under supervision, you will coordinate unit orientation, apply adult learning principles, and align education goals with hospital strategies. A BSN is required; Florida RN license; three years of related experience; MSN or specialty certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and Florida RN license.
• Three years related work experience required.
• MSN or certification in specialty preferred for Magnet alignment.

Responsibilities

• Designs learning and delivers education to facilitate organizational change.
• Designs and delivers training; coordinates unit orientation and preceptor assessments.
• Meets mandatory education initiatives and facilitates journal clubs as directed by Manager.
