Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced RN Educator to support the development and training of clinical staff across its home care network. The RN Educator will onboard, mentor, evaluate, and educate nursing staff while using clinical outcomes and quality data to drive training initiatives.

The role is based primarily in the Flushing office with occasional field training and supervision. Passion for developing clinicians and improving patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Home Care experience within a LHCSA, CHHA, or MLTC environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong clinical and home care knowledge.
• Experience conducting field training and mentoring clinical staff.

This role plays a critical part in onboarding, mentoring, evaluating, and educating nursing staff while utilizing clinical outcomes and quality data to drive training initiatives. The RN Educator will primarily work from the Flushing office but will occasionally accompany RNs in the field to conduct training, mentorship, supervision, and competency evaluations. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and building high-performing home care teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years of Home Care experience within a LHCSA, CHHA, or MLTC environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
• Strong clinical and home care knowledge
• Experience conducting field training and mentoring clinical staff
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze clinical data and identify trends
• Experience working independently and collaboratively
