Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency offering a key opportunity for a RN Educator in New York City.

Key Functions Include:

• Conduct training programs for PCAs and HHAs.
• Instruct in‑service training as required by regulations and branch operations.
• Participate in orientation to policies and procedures for staff members.
• Perform initial and annual competency testing on paraprofessional staff.
• Act as a mentor when appropriate for other health care workers and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities as assigned.
• Function as a field nurse supervisor as required.
• Will be available for on‑call as needed.

Qualifications:

• R.N. diploma from an accredited NLN program with a minimum of a bachelor's degree; valid and unencumbered RN license, certificate or registration or credentialing as required.
• Two years of home health–based experience is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in medical‑surgical nursing preferably hospital based; two additional years of home‑health based experience required for conducting applicable training classes.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Reliable means of transportation.
