Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced RN Educator to support development and training of clinical staff across its home care network. This role focuses on onboarding, mentoring, evaluating, and educating nurses while leveraging clinical outcomes and quality data to drive training programs.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong clinical and home care knowledge.
• Experience conducting field training and mentoring clinical staff.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and identify trends.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively.
