The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Utica is seeking an RN Educator to join our team in Utica, NY. The RN Educator will develop and implement evidence-based education programs that promote staff competency and high-quality clinical services.

Collaboration with management and external partners is essential to assess and fulfill educational needs. Responsibilities include updating training materials, orienting new staff, and delivering Train the Trainer programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field

Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources

Provide an overview of departmental functions, responsibilities, and relationships with other departments

Provide consultation and education via orientation and Train the Trainer programs to strategic partners

Pay Range: $95,000- $105,000

About the Role:
