Job summary

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland in Guilderland, NY is seeking a full-time RN Education Coordinator to lead staff development and clinical education in a Long-Term Care setting. This role focuses on developing educational programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing staff competency across the nursing team.

The RN Educator will create training materials, participate in orientation, and perform quality audits to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in New York (must be current).
• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

RN Education Coordinator

Join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland, a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization, as we seek a dedicated and experienced RN Educator to support staff development and clinical education within our long-term care setting. This role is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, supporting clinical competency, and promoting best practices and regulatory compliance across the nursing team.

About the Role:
