Job summary

• Coordinates orientation and educational opportunities for staff, leadership and non-employees aligned with RHS mission.
• Leads competency validation and facility orientation to ensure high quality of care.
• Utilizes information systems to input, track, trend, retrieve and report data on time.
• Engages physicians and experts to deliver educational series and in-services.
• Manages costs within budget for employee health and staff development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
