Responsibilities

• Assists with development, maintenance and systemization of policies, procedures, care and services provided.
• Participates in budget planning and resource allocation for defined areas.
• Creates a leadership environment to support efficient, competent patient care delivery.
• Monitors clinical activities to identify risks and learning opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures competency and timely resolution of physician, staff and patient concerns within 72 hours.
