Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with 3-4 years of acute care experience (preferred).
• 1 year of teaching experience in a clinical or formal setting (preferred).
• Licensure as RN in Virginia (Required).
• CPR/BLS certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership and HR to assess learning needs and develop education plans.
• Coordinates orientation and educational opportunities for all team members.
• Leads competency validation and staff development ensuring quality of care.
• Manages education data and reporting while controlling costs within budget.
• Consults with Medical Director for employee health and staff development programs.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
