Job summary

Good Samaritan, a not-for-profit provider of senior housing and services, is seeking an Education Coordinator to manage orientation and professional development for clinical staff. This full-time remote role focuses on documentation, scheduling, coaching, and program improvement with strong EMR experience.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree, an active RN license, and certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS). Willingness to obtain instructor credentials is expected as part of ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred and required for licensure.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Willing to obtain instructor certifications when eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage orientation and professional development for clinical staff.
• Coordinate schedules for orientation and clinical experiences.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to staff and preceptors.
• Develop and evaluate orientation programs for quality improvement.
