Job summary

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Pulaski is seeking an RN Education Coordinator (Full-Time, Day shift) to lead staff development and education initiatives. The role requires active Tennessee RN licensure and an associate's degree, with BSN preferred.

Certification in BCLS is required; ACLS/PALS and Handle with Care are a plus. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to advance patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee license (single-state or compact) required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• BSN preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for assessment of learning/resource needs and establishes directional goals for hospital staff development.
• Collaborates with department managers to prioritize staff development needs.
• Maintains a resource pool of health professionals and materials to support staff education.
• Monitors staff education and ensures licenses, certifications and required training are completed on time.
• Coordinates professional outreach program offerings and recommends program focus.
• Acts as liaison for the annual MASH Program and with community health professionals.
