- BSN preferred; licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence if relocating.
Responsibilities
- Leads assessment of learning/resource needs and establishes directional goals for staff development aligned with service teaching and research objectives.
- Prioritizes staff development needs with department managers using indicators like policy changes, new technology, and quality monitors.
- Maintains a resource pool of health professionals and educational materials to support staff education and outreach.
- Monitors staff education and ensures licensing, certifications, and required training are completed on time.
