Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis seeks an experienced RN educator to lead pediatric education initiatives. You will apply the nursing process to assess learning needs, plan and implement activities, and evaluate outcomes to advance clinical competence.

Minimum 3 years of pediatric ICU or pediatric ER experience; a Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. RN with BLS instruction within 90 days; ACLS/PALS instructor preferred; strong computer literacy highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN with pediatric ICU or pediatric emergency room experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related field after degree/license obtained.
• RN with BLS Instructor certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS instructor preferred.
