Job summary

River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated RN Educator to lead staff development, orientation, and ongoing training for nursing and support staff.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with resident-centered care, participate in recruitment, and drive engagement through learning initiatives, coaching, and recognition programs that elevate team confidence and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and teaching staff in a nursing or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Ability to convey complex clinical concepts in clear, accessible terms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with nursing regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding for River Grove staff.
• Plan, develop, and deliver clinical education programs and in-service training.
• Assess ongoing educational needs and design training initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of education and attendance for compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to align education with goals.
• Assist with recruitment and represent River Grove professionally.
• Support employee engagement through morale-building activities.
• Model exceptional customer service and teamwork across departments.
• Mentor staff and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and QA efforts.
• Stay updated on clinical standards and regulatory changes.
