Job summary

Advocate Health's Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse for the new Bed Tower Emergency Department. This full-time role supports high-acuity patient care in a Level I trauma setting, with the opportunity to help establish standards and care delivery in a state-of-the-art environment.

The position is days only, 7a–7p, 36 hours per week, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and high‑quality experience across the continuum.
