RWJBarnabas Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Same Day Surgery unit at MMC Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ. This full-time day shift (36 hours/week) focuses on pre- and post-operative patient care and teamwork.

Ideal candidates hold an active NJ RN license with BLS, ACLS & PALS, plus 1 year of critical care or perioperative experience. BSN preferred and EPIC EMR proficiency are important for success.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing (required).
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.
• At least 1 year of critical care or perioperative experience.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and respond to clinical changes with sound judgment.
• Administer medications and deliver hands-on care per evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families for ongoing care.
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR.
