Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ambulatory/Same Day Surgery experience preferred.
• EMR experience with EPIC required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to support timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure informed care plans.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity of care.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to safe care transitions.
