Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing (or Multistate with NJ endorsement) and current BLS.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely care decisions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical ladder opportunities.
