Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dedicated DDA RN/DN to provide direct nursing care and advocacy for individuals enrolled in DDA programs. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or DDA settings preferred.
• Knowledge of DDA regulations and person-centered care principles.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and health assessments for individuals in DDA programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized health care plans and protocols.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and DDA regulations.
• Train and supervise direct support professionals on health-related procedures.
