Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois; BLS within 30 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment on admission and develops plan of care per unit standards.
• Implements nursing interventions and updates documentation.
• Maintains patient and staff safety, reports hazards and incidents.
• Collaborates with surgical residents and OMFS residency services.
• Provides post-operative care for complex surgical patients and wound/ostomy management.
