Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois with active license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days - AHA.

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties per scope of service.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient assessment on admission and plans care.
• Implements and monitors the care plan with ongoing evaluation.
• Collaborates with surgical residents/OMFS and provides wound/ostomy care.
