Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with current state licensure.
• CPR Certification completed.
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Dialysis training course completed.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Home Therapies program and monitor budgets and KPIs.
• Direct patient care management from admission to discharge in ESRD home therapies.
• Train patients and caregivers on safe operation of home dialysis equipment.
• Schedule and supervise staff; ensure compliance with policies, safety, and CPR licensure.
• Manage supplies, data entry, regulatory reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
