Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Milwaukee seeks a Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and support growth in coordination with BU management and in-center staff. You will ensure quality patient care in accordance with policies and training.

You will oversee staff scheduling, training, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing readiness of the home dialysis program, including patient education and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year dialysis experience; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage and develop staff.
• CPR certification and RN licensure are required; ongoing compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of home dialysis therapies and patient care in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manages program budget, KPIs and financial performance.
• Directs patient care from admission to discharge with guidance to staff.
• Assesses home environments and trains patients and caregivers on equipment operation.
• Supports patient satisfaction initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensures staff competency, licensure, and CPR certification.
