Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Texas seeks an experienced Home Therapies Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support growth of the single-site Home Therapies program. The role ensures delivery of safe, high‑quality patient care in line with policies, procedures, and training.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, managing program budgets and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience required.
• One year medical-surgical nursing or ICU experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of dialysis therapies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including, but not limited to communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and effective oversight, support, training and scheduling of the delivery of home dialysis therapies to patients.
• Directs and manages all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge of the patient.
• Oversees patient and caregiver readiness for home dialysis and assesses environment for suitability.
• Manages program supplies, equipment tracking and timely replenishment.
• Directs data entry related activities and ensures regulatory compliance and audits.
