CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Duluth, MN is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager – Registered Nurse. This full-time role leads the Home Therapies program, ensuring safe patient care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include oversight of home dialysis services, staff training, and program profitability, with an emphasis on patient experience and quality improvement. CPR-certified RNs with dialysis experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current state licensure.
• CPR Certification required.
• Dialysis therapy training course completed.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience with 3 months peritoneal required.
• 1 year medical-surgical or ICU experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective oversight, training and scheduling of home dialysis therapies.
• Manage program profit & loss to meet budgets and KPIs.
• Direct patient care for Home Therapies from admission to discharge.
• Train patients and caregivers on home dialysis equipment and safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement initiatives (CQI/QA).
• Orient and develop new staff and support onboarding.
