Freedom Village of Holland Michigan is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for full- and part-time roles in Holland, MI. Choose your shift: 1st or 2nd, Mon-Fri or weekends, with every other weekend.

Registered Nurse

Hiring: Full & Part-time

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually

Pay: $29.00–$38.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence


• Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents


• Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services


• Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders


• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

Schedule Options

• 1st Shift: 6am–2pm


• 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm
