Job summary

Freedom Village in Holland, MI, part of Life Care Services, is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living setting. You will supervise support staff and help maintain a warm, resident-centered community while delivering personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment
• Supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants
• Support a warm, hospitality-driven, resident-centered community
• Resident ADL Support — assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management — identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting — provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery — administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination — ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Hiring: Full & Part-time

• Mon-Fri only
• Weekends only
• Every other weekend

Sign-on Bonus: $4500 PT / $12,500 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually

Pay: $24.50–$34.00/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)
