Freedom Village Holland, part of LCS, is hiring Registered Nurses for full- and part-time roles. Choose 1st or 2nd shift, Mon-Fri or weekends, with flexible scheduling and an emphasis on relationship-based care in a senior living community.

RN license in Michigan required; sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for PT and $15,000 for FT, plus annual retention bonuses. Expect compassionate teamwork, daily updates, and a supportive environment focused on resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

Registered Nurse

Full & Part-time

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 PT / $15,000 FT

Retention Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 annually

Pay: $29.00–$38.50/hr (dependent upon experience & shift)
