Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Geraitric/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centered nursing care.
• Perform assessments and monitor resident health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Carry out physician orders and communicate clinical updates.
• Support, mentor, and supervise CNAs and other care team members.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, providing education and advocacy.

RN / LPN | Skilled Nursing | 1st Shift

Location: Raybrook Manor Campus, Grand Rapids, MI

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift: 1st Shift (Multiple Schedule Options)

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care


• Perform assessments and monitor resident health status


• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


• Carry out physician orders and communicate clinical updates


• Support, mentor, and supervise CNAs and other care team members


• Assist with physician evaluations and procedures as needed


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing education, support, and advocacy

Current 1st Shift Openings (6:30 PM - 3:00 PM)

Full-Time | 64 Hours Per Pay Period

Schedule #1

• Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday


• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Part-Time | 40 Hours Per Pay Period

Schedule #2

• Week 1: Monday (8hrs), Thursday (12hrs)


• Week 2: Sunday (8hrs), Monday (12hrs)

Earn More with Pick-Up Pay

• +$4/hour for weekday pick-up shifts


• +$6/hour for weekend pick-up shifts


• +$8/hour for holiday pick-up shifts

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license required


• CPR certification required


• Previous geriatric or long-term care experience preferred, but not required


• Basic computer skills and ability to document within the electronic medical record (EMR)
