Freedom Village of Holland Michigan is seeking an Independent Living Wellness Office LPN/RN for a part-time role, working every other weekend from 2pm to 10pm in Holland, Michigan. The position supports a resident-centered community and provides quality nursing care in a senior living setting.

You will supervise Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants, coordinate care plans, and deliver nursing care per physician orders, while promoting hospitality and strong resident relationships with

• Must hold a current Michigan LPN or RN license.

• Resident ADL support and encourage independence.
• Care plan management and reassessment of residents.
• Clinical reporting to the Director of Health Services.
