Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process across all stages of resident care. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate treatment in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota RN license, with a preference for Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and is able to meet department competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota; multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions.
