Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a 42-bed facility. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the care team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
• Support and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and outcomes.
