Job summary

Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, BLS, and at least 1 year in Pre Op/PACU. English fluency and strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (Colorado or compact).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Pre Op / PACU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
