Job summary
AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to promote safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications/treatments per physician orders and protocols
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and maintain documentation
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
- Provide emotional support and supervise care activities as needed
- Engage in performance improvement activities and professional development
