Job summary

PAM Health, a multi-location health system, is currently hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift in Texas. We value your nursing education and commitment, and offer growth opportunities with internal promotions.

Under the direction of nursing leadership, the RN delivers and supervises patient care, participates in discharge planning, patient education, and coordination with the care team. A current RN license and BLS are required; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Hold a current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment; BLS/ACLS must be AHA approved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise nursing care to patients admitted to the unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.

Education

RN licensure (Texas or compact)

ACLS certification (within 90 days)
