PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of El Paso is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will work under the nursing leadership to coordinate care planning, discharge planning, and family teaching for post-hospitalization, integrating resources from the broader care team.

Experience in inpatient med-surgical settings is preferred. ACLS/BLS certifications are required within specified timelines; opportunity for growth exists with a

Qualifications

• RN license required or compact licensure where applicable.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS recommended/required within 90 days of employment.
• Inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• Engage in interdisciplinary planning and accessing community resources.
• Possibly serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.
