PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer. You will participate in discharge planning, patient teaching, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RN license in state or compact required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education
• Provide interdisciplinary planning and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• Assist with Charge Nurse duties as needed and ACLS certification per policy
