Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse in Texas or compact state required.
• BLS certification and ACLS certification must be AHA approved.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise care to patients in the nursing unit.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, including discharge planning.
• Conduct patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization.
