Steelville Care and Rehab in Steelville, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, initiating and following individualized care plans, documenting resident conditions, and coordinating with the medical team. We offer FT/PT/per diem schedules and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time staff, along with PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license and CPR certification required.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
• Ability to document and communicate resident status clearly.

Responsibilities

Available Night Shifts:

• Days 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Nights 6:00pm - 6:00am

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
