Job summary

Steelville Care and Rehab Center in Missouri seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to join our compassionate team for night and day shifts. You will provide care, administer medications, and develop individualized plans for residents.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, shift differential, PTO after 30 days, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, 401(k) with company match, Teledoc medical, dental and vision coverage, plus a fun, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license for Missouri
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for residents
• Documents treatment as required and ensures equipment is clean and safe

Available Night and Day Shifts:

• 6:00am to 6:00pm

• 6:00pm to 6:00am

Essential Functionsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Others duties as assigned

Qualificationsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri

• Valid CPR certification
