Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform systematic patient assessments.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data.
• Ensure accuracy of medical orders.
• Respond competently to rapid responses.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
