MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) at MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick. The role includes caring for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA and sepsis, with rotating shifts and weekends. Will work with PCNAs, interns and providers in a 14-bed unit.

Required: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS; PRN requires 1 year of RN experience. BSN preferred. Tuition reimbursement and certification incentives are offered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (or obtained within 90 days).
• Current ACLS certification (or obtained within 6 months).
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience and all required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care in the 14-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Utilize critical thinking and time management to manage priorities.
• Assist with bedside procedures and monitor patients with telemetry.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers and therapy teams to ensure quality care.
