Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in Rahway, NJ to join a high-acuity team. You will rapidly assess patients, monitor vital signs, manage life-support systems, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.

We seek nurses with ADN or higher, an active RN license, ICU experience, and strong critical thinking. BLS/ACLS preferred. Multiple shifts available and a supportive hospital environment with Magnet recognition.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
