Incredible Health is hiring an RN - Critical Care in New York, NY. The role covers fast-paced care for critically ill patients with opportunities across day, night, and mid shifts. Positions available as full-time, part-time, or per diem within a Magnet-recognized, teaching, level 1 trauma center environment.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the condition and care plan.
