Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking an RN - Critical Care in the Philadelphia area to provide high-level care for critically ill patients. You will monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, and respond rapidly in emergencies while collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, ACLS (preferred), and 1+ years in ICU with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree or higher
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable and life-threatening patients
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan
