Job summary

Incredible Health in Michigan is seeking an RN - Critical Care to rapidly assess patients with critical conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate life-saving care in a high-acuity unit.

You will collaborate with physicians and other professionals, manage life-support systems, administer medications, and educate families; night shifts and both full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• 1+ year of critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to handle stress and complex clinical scenarios.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitors.
• Participate in rapid responses and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan and implement care.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.

• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $61,860 to $100,870 /year
