Incredible Health in Brockton, MA is hiring an experienced RN - Critical Care to join our urgent care intensive teams. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience, and ACLS preferred. You will monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. We offer day, night, and mid shifts, full/part-time or per diem, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.

• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
