Incredible Health is hiring an RN – Critical Care in Long Branch, NJ. The role requires bedside assessment of critically ill patients, rapid response involvement, and collaboration with physicians to implement care plans.

Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem options in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate has ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience, ACLS preferred, and strong critical thinking with excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in rapid responses and emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
