Incredible Health in Marysville, CA is seeking an RN - Critical Care to provide rapid assessment and care for critically ill patients, with night shift opportunities and both full-time and part-time positions available. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and ICU experience.

ACLS is preferred. Expect strong teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration with physicians to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
