Job summary

Incredible Health in Pendleton, OR is hiring an RN - Critical Care to support patients with life-threatening conditions in the ICU and to join Hospitals on Incredible Health network.

The role requires ADN or higher, RN license, ICU experience preferred, ACLS preferred, and strong teamwork. You will operate advanced medical equipment, respond to emergencies, and educate families about the care plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, and life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient’s condition and care plan.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Pendleton, OR area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing

Salary: $77,500 to $127,620 /year
